Welcome To  Bombay Running Training Plans.

We will have a professional coach consulting, guiding & supporting you.

​​The training plan will be prepared for you basis target race, individual schedule, activity type, etc.

An initial evaluation will be done via google form & phone call. Weekly progress and interaction will be available with the coach either on ground or phone call. The training plan will be custom built for 3 to 6 months.



Description

TERMS OF SERVICE 

  1. Bombay Running shall not be held responsible towards the performance and achievements of the runner as it is subject to individual training and fitness levels.
  2. Training Plan is the sole property of Bombay Running and under no circumstances it can be circulated or misused.
  3. Bombay Running shall not be held accountable for any casualty that might occur during the entire course of training.
  4. Training Plan can be paused only once in the assigned duration and cannot exceed twenty one days.
  5. Training Plan is non refundable, non transferable, non negotiable under any circumstance.
  6. The trainee has to respond to all Emails, WhatsApp Messages and phone calls from Bombay Running and it’s assigned coaches, failing to do so within five working days the decision shall be considered in favour of Bombay Running.
  7. Bombay Running contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

    plans helped me achieve the milestone with an amazing timing of 2:07 as well.
    The variation in the plans from speed intervals, tempo, endurance & easy runs helped me get better by the day & stay injury free!

    A Life-Changing Experience with Bombay Running!

    There was always something on my mind during my runs and while participating in events—What is running, and who is a true runner? I found myself asking these questions repeatedly but never quite finding the answer that satisfied me, until I began my journey with Bombay Running.

    Last year, I took the step of enrolling in a personalized training plan for a half marathon with Bombay Running, under the expert guidance of Coach Ramaswamy sir. His approach was not just about running, but about channeling my energy in the right direction. He truly understood my passion and, like an Eklavya to his Dronacharya, he guided me to achieve my personal best—sub 2 in the half marathon.

    This year, I decided to take on the full marathon, a challenge I had never faced before. I was once again unsure about how to approach training and the mental preparation needed to go the distance. However, with Coach Ramaswamy’s continuous support and a tailored training plan, I gave my 100% and remained on track. Not only did I complete my first marathon, but it was a dream come true!

    A huge thank you to my mentor and coach, Ramaswamy Sharma, for his constant guidance and encouragement. I couldn’t have done it without him and Bombay Running. If you’re serious about your running goals, this is the place to be.

    I used to run back in Delhi and hadn’t run as such since 2020. I shifted to Mumbai in 2021 and was struggling to start my running journey again. A few months back a friend told me about Bombay running and Deepak. I connected with BR on instagram and Priyanca was prompt to respond. I had my first conversation with Ramaswamy and he asked me about every aspect of running in detail. I was asked to run a 5k to record my running time and we fixed a target for a 10k. The plan was so well designed that I made a gradual process. I couldn’t believe the progress I was making. Despite being the most hottest and sultry weather, the plan helped me in effectively achieved it. I felt great changes in my body – fitness, heart rate and to top it all – no physical injury. The plan by the coaches were spot on to build endurance gradually. The training plan was achievable and effective. I noticed a gradual improvement in my endurance over the 2 months. Participating in the BR event like 5/40 helped a lot too. Thanks to the advise and motivation from Coaches Ramaswamy and Deepak on my training and footwear as well.     Since I was a beginner in running, my needs were understood clearly and a tailor made plan was given to me . If not for this I’d just be running without any guidance and goal.
    The plan pushes you to achieve a bit more than your previous run but never strenuous on the body. Gradually the duration of running is increased which gives enough time for the body to adjust. Overall it was a very good experience and it only made running more enjoyable.

    For a first time runner – Not being able to run continously for even 3 minutes to being able to do 5km at a stretch in a span of 30 days, speaks volumes on how well designed the plan and most importantly the mentoring is. The plan is designed to suit your body’s capacity and assist to push limitations step by step. The aim is to reach 10Km which would seem impossible to me a month back but the constant motivation and guidance from my coach(Ramaswamy Sharma), gives me hope that it will be done with grace! I have signed up for a 3 month training plan that eventually works on building my samina, speed and eventually reaching my goals. 1.5 Months in and dont think i could have gifted myself anything better amids the lockdown. 😀 😀 Also a super big shoutout to my coach for being so kind, patient and PERSISTANT, if not for him i would have given up in 2 days of the plan 😛

    I have been running with bombay running for almost 3 years . In this span i had never achieved a great results on my running. Then Deepak Oberoi had introduced me to plan called race ready. I had no idea how this plan would work and how i would achieve my running target goals. I had taken the Bombay running traning plan to train my self for my first 42km and wanted to improve my 21km timing. With help of the plan i achieved my best 21km timming of sub2 hours and my first 42km timing of 5hours. The plan was for more than 9 months. Coach does not just gives you a training plan also keeps following up and motivates you. In my case I was almost going to give up my first 42km just 3 weeks before the actual race due to injury and the fear to complete the race . I can not just explain in words the numerous call we had and discussed the way forward which completely turned me to get back on the track. I thank Ramaswamy Sharma for being the coach the motivater, for listening to the problems, sharing the quality inputs.
